Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Thriving Naturally. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Pricing

A flat rate of $11.95 for all orders under $200. Orders over $200 receive FREE SHIPPING.

 

2. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

 

3. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 days. We will contact you for any reason there are any delays,

 

However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 days and some may take up to 14 days.

 

4. Shipment Locations

Domestic Only. Thriving Naturally does NOT ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only, anywhere in Australia.

 

5. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 

 

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

 

6. Please note: 

a) Business day means Monday to Friday, excludes public holidays

b) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

c) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered

Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to purchases from www.thrivingnaturally.com.au

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law refunds or exchanges will only be offered on goods that are damaged or faulty. Returns or exchanges will not be offered if you change your mind.

Proof of purchase is required as well as photo proof of item.

Thriving Naturally reserves the right to not offer an exchange, replacement or refund where the item is not deemed damaged or faulty.

If your return is accepted, Thriving Naturally will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Thriving Naturally does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Parcel Insurance

While your purchased items are packed with the best of care, on rare occasions they might not receive the best handling while on their way to you and sometimes even get lost. Once your parcel is posted we don’t have any control over what happens in transit. However, if the worst should happen and your items don’t arrive in perfect condition, or get lost along the way, Parcel Insurance will ensure you get a replacement for the damaged or lost items.

If your parcel was damaged in transit you must provide photo evidence of the damage. Upon review, you will receive a replacement of the item or credit towards your next order.

Thriving Naturally will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. If you have purchased Parcel Insurance with your order and your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, you are entitled to a refund or we will re-ship the items to you only if the following conditions have been met;

 

a) Proof that Australia Post or Sendle has deemed your parcel lost (you must have a customer reference ID and written confirmation in the form of an email)

b) Or, your parcel has been missing or still “In transit” for over 60 days from the shipping date as per your tracking number.

Claim needs to be emailed to hello@thrivingnaturally.com.au and be made within 7 days of delivery.
